Date Change for BLIA Annual Meeting to August 16th
Due to circumstances beyond our control we must change the date for the Annual Meeting from Saturday, August 23 TO Saturday, AUGUST 16THat 10:00AM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The good news is that we have managed to schedule an amazing guest speaker. Amy Smagula, Limnologist/Exotic Species Program Coordinator, NH Department of Environmental Services will speak to us about all of the exotic species we need to be concerned about especially with all of the Milfoil findings we have had recently. Amy has been a friend and supporter of Beaver Lake for many years. She is a vibrant speaker and extremely knowledgable on the subject of Exotic Species. She will bring samples for us to look at to increase our awareness of exotics.
We will also hear from Wilfred Nnaji, this years Stream Team leader. And we will conduct a short business meeting as we must. We will also have our traditional family cookout immediately following the meeting.
